TRANSITION PRIMER DEFINITION: It is an acrylic emulsion-based interior primer that can be used in the transition from solvent-based paint to water-based paint, interior plastered solid surfaces and color transitions.

PROPERTIES: It prepares a solid floor and ensures that the top coat of paint adheres well to the surface.

It increases paint performance and reduces paint consumption.

APPLICATION AREA: It is used as a transition primer when it is desired to make changes by applying water-based interior paint on solvent-based paint.

It is also used as a primer on interior facades before the application of topcoat products on all kinds of concrete, aerated concrete, briquette, brick, plaster and similar mineral surfaces.

APPLICATION METHOD: Before application, swollen, loose and unhealthy-looking surfaces should be scraped, the old synthetic painted surface should be lightly sanded and oil and dirt should be removed from the surface.

The Transition Primer, which is thinned with 10% water by volume, is applied as a single layer with a brush or roller.

ASTARLABLE AREA: Depending on the surface, an area of 14-20 m² with 1 L and an area of 9-12.5 m² with 1 kg is primed on a single layer.

A surface of 35 – 50 m² is primed with 2.5 L.

A surface of 105 – 150 m² is primed with 7.5 L.

15 L and 210 – 300 m² surface are primed.
