SHIPPING: Your product is covered by insurance until it reaches you during shipping.

Do not receive your cargo if the product is deformed, torn or damaged before receiving your product from the cargo officer.

Be sure to attach the "product damage assessment report" to the cargo officer.

Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted that the cargo company and the cargo officer have fulfilled their duties fully and completely and your product will be excluded from the insurance coverage.

In this case, you cannot claim a right regarding cargo-related problems.

After receiving the product, if there are damaged parts, the number written on the part, if there are missing parts, the missing part number is determined from the installation diagram and sent to our customer representative, the damaged/missing parts are sent to you free of charge.
