SURFACES TO BE APPLIED Momento Silan, with its silky matte® sheen, is applied to interior old-new painted/plastered ceilings-walls, plaster, putty, plasterboard, betopan, OSB, glass textile surfaces, and paintable wallpaper after appropriate priming. To achieve maximum performance from Momento Silan and to capture the paint's unique texture and sheen, it is recommended to apply the product on surfaces prepared with surface leveling products such as satin plaster and putty.
