Soak the mouthpiece in boiling water for 30 seconds.

2.Remove the mouthpiece and soak it in cold water for a second.

3. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth over your upper teeth.

Hold the mouthpiece in place and fully seat it on your teeth.

Be careful not to bite.

4. Put the mouthpiece back in boiling water.

After two seconds, remove it and place it in your mouth.

THE MOUTHPIECE MAY STILL BE HOT DURING THIS STEP.

BE CAREFUL. Press your tongue against the back of your upper teeth and bite the mouthpiece into place.

6. Finally, put it in cold water when the installation process is completed.

CAUTION: Consult your dentist if the mouthpiece does not stay in place and therefore causes pain
