SURFACE PREPARATION New plastered surfaces: Surfaces have to be reviewed and all layers that cannot bear themselves have to be cleaned and removed, and free sand, dust and oil have to be removed from factors that will reduce the adhesion strength.

The application surfaces have to be completely dry.

For this reason, newly plastered surfaces should be kept for at least 20 days to set the plaster.

Cracks, pits or fractures, if any, on the surfaces should be corrected with Permolite Permomacun Water-Based Super Acrylic Interior Wall Paste.

The mold release oils used in gross concrete have to be absolutely cleaned.

Old painted surfaces: All layers that cannot carry themselves have to be cleaned and removed.

Level differences that may occur should be corrected by pasting with Permolit Permomacun Water Based Super Acrylic Interior Wall Paste.

Before starting the application, it has to be ensured that the surface is clean, solid, dry and dust-free.

Priming: It is recommended to apply a single coat of Permolite Permobinder or Permoten Satin Gypsum Primer to plaster surfaces such as Permolite Permolite Water Based Acrylic Primer or Permolite Permosar Silicone Primer, gypsum and paste to ensure the adhesion of free micronized powders on surfaces whose surface preparation has been completed and to increase adherence.

If it is desired to make a color change on old painted solid surfaces, a single layer of primer should be made with one of the Permolite Permocapar Covering Primers.

It is necessary to wait at least 6 hours for the primer to dry before starting the topcoat application.

Thinning: The volume should be thinned by approximately 10-15% using water.

Application: The top coat is applied to the surface ready for application with at least 2 coats of brush, roller or pistole.

Wait 4 to 6 hours between coats.
