Since your carpet remains packaged for a long time, it may take a while to flatten and get the desired form when it is laid out in the area of use.

General Use , Your carpet should not be whipped, beaten, swept with the brushless tips of the vacuum cleaner.

If there are any items such as coffee tables, armchairs, etc. placed on your carpet, their places have to be changed from time to time to prevent them from leaving marks, and the contact areas have to be swept with the brushless ends of the vacuum cleaner.

Stain Removal, If something is spilled on your carpet, action should be taken very quickly.

The wiping process should be in a way that does not disperse the stain, hard scrubbing operations in circular or opposite direction of pile should be avoided.

Intervention to tea and coffee spills. When liquids with high dye content (tea, coffee, juice, etc.) are spilled, the following steps should be taken quickly and accurately.

First of all, excess fluid should be absorbed by applying a buffer with a paper towel before the liquid is dispersed. Strict back-and-forth scrubbing movements should be avoided. It should only be ensured that the liquid is absorbed by applying pressure on the carpet.

The stained area is kept under running water for at least 1-2 minutes and the spilled liquid is discharged from the carpet. Care should be taken not to spread the flowing water to the spotless areas of the carpet.

When the spilled liquid is completely thrown out of the carpet, only the stained area should be washed using a sponge or a soft cloth and chemical-free natural white soap. Hard rubbing that will damage the yarn structure should be avoided.

The stained area should be rinsed again under water for at least 2-3 minutes until the soap is completely thrown out of the carpet.

After rinsing, the yarns of your carpet should be stripped with your hand so that they lie in the direction of the pile and the excess water should be thrown out of the carpet.

Your carpet has to be dried in a clean and defective place and in a way that does not receive direct daylight.

The cleaned area should not be stepped on until it is completely dry.

Deep Cleaning, When your carpet needs deep cleaning, it can be washed at a maximum of 30 degrees in the washing machine in a delicate program, without squeezing at high speed.

Heavy chemical cleaners (bleach, etc.) containing (caustic) must not be used during washing and the temperature of the washing water must not exceed 30 degrees.

After cleaning, your carpet should be dried in a short time on the floor without hanging.

Your carpet should not be used when wet and should be protected from direct sunlight.
