Players use skill and strategy to create decks of sequentially numbered, incremental cards (2,3,4') until they have no more cards to play.

After everyone has been dealt their own personal deck of cards, the game begins by drawing cards from a central deck and creating four 'make up' decks.

Skip-Bo-?? 'wildcard' cards distort static states and can be played as any number.
