General Use • Your carpet can be gently shaken without damaging its braids and swept with the brushless and soft tips of the vacuum cleaner.

In order to prevent heavy or pointed items to be used on your carpet from damaging the carpet, felt-like bumpers have to be used on the feet of the goods and the direction of the carpet or the location of the goods have to be changed periodically.

Excessive weight and spikes can cause irreparable damage to the fibers.

The use of knitted carpets in areas that will be exposed to heavy traffic and use with shoes may cause hardening and crushing of carpet ropes.

Stain Removal If something is spilled on your carpet, action should be taken very quickly.

In such cases, first of all, excess liquid should be absorbed by applying tampons with paper towels without dispersing the liquid, and cleaning agents (such as bleach) containing bleaching chemicals should not be used.

The area where the liquid is poured should be wiped with a damp cloth after buffer application.
