Since your carpet remains packaged for a long time, it may take some time to flatten and get the desired form when it is laid out in the area of use.

General Use , Your carpet should not be whipped, beaten, swept with the brushless tips of the vacuum cleaner.

Stain Removal , If something is spilled on your carpet, action should be taken very quickly.

In such cases, first of all, excess liquid should be absorbed by applying tampons with paper towels without dispersing the liquid, and cleaning agents (such as bleach) containing bleaching chemicals should not be used.

The area where the liquid is spilled should be washed with cold water and natural soap after tampon application.

Deep Cleaning, • Carpet washing centers have to be supported for deep cleaning of your carpet.

The washing company has to be warned not to use hard brushes and apparatus in washing processes and to completely clean the carpet from the cleaning material used.

After cleaning, your carpet should be dried in a short time on the floor without hanging.
