Material: Swiss Crystal Coating

Swiss Crystal material was used in the coating of Karaca Swiss Crystal pots for the first time in Turkey. Without adding fat at a temperature varying between 150-200 C in the non-stick tests of eggs, vegetables and red meat carried out separately by the Accredited Body

Eggs (300 times) were tested with red meat(50 times) and vegetable(50 times) cycles and no adhesion was observed. After each cycle, the pan surface was wiped with a damp napkin.
