Packaging System: Anti-damage honeycomb panel, Kraft gusset and PL gusset are used on all edges of the product in the parcel to protect the products.

Installation Information: Our products are sent disassembled (without installation) and the installation belongs to the customer.

There are numbers on the parts for error-free installation of the products.

You can easily prepare your product with the installation template and simple hand tools included in the package.

Cleaning: The product should be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth without using chemicals.

Delivery Information: The package must be checked when receiving the products from the cargo.

Damaged packages or products should not be received and a damage assessment report should be prepared by the cargo officer.

Damage-detected products are replaced or returned free of charge.

After-sales Service: In order to benefit from after-sales service, be sure to keep your installation diagram and invoice.

You can contact our customer service officials for damages to your products during transportation.

What needs to be done is to forward the product code and the code of the damaged part to our customer service officer.

Your parts will be produced within 2 working days and sent to you free of charge.

Warranty: All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing and workmanship defects for 2 years from the date of invoice, including all parts of the product.
