Returns and exchanges should be made within 15 days for unused and undisturbed products.

Due to hygiene conditions, returns are not accepted for Mask, Socks, Underwear, Panties, Boxers, Silicone Products and corset products.

All products must be sent together and completely in order to return the 6-pack products.

Except for these groups, other products must not be used for the return process, and the boxes and labels must be complete.
