DEFINITION AND SPECIFICATIONS

It is a white ready-to-use joint filler based on modified acrylic copolymer binder, resistant to mold and fungus formation, flexible, non-cracking and collapsing, water-resistant, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It dries quickly and is applied quickly and easily.

Ideal for renewal of old joint fillers. The tube applicator allows the joint filler to be placed seamlessly and practically between the tiles. In this way, the consumption of the joint filler material used is significantly reduced.

READY JOINT FILLER is used to fill the joint spaces of ceramics and tiles, glass mosaics of all sizes. Thanks to its high flexibility, it gives excellent results indoors and outdoors, on the wall and on the floor.

IMPLEMENTATION

Make sure that the surface and air temperature during the application of the READY JOINT FILLER is +5 – +30°C. Before application, the underlying adhesive must be cured and the joint spaces must be free of residues that will prevent adhesion.

Again, make sure that the surface is free of coarse dirt and dust. Clean the overflowing part with a damp sponge within the first 30-60 minutes depending on the ambient temperature.

The depth between the joint should be at most 10 mm, in applications with more depth, the joint may collapse, which may require a second joint application after the surface has dried.

Working time is 5 – 15 minutes and walking time is 4 hours.
