Application Description Suitable for applications in small areas. Stir before use. To obtain corrosion resistance, apply the product to 2 coats of bare or rusty metal. Do not apply too much paint to the surface to prevent sagging in coat applications. Make sure that the corners and edges are coated properly, the corners and edges are the points with the highest risk of premature rusting. Roll: Suitable for flat large area applications. Hammerite is ready to use. Hammerite can be thinned for easier dyeing in roll applications. 9 parts Hammerite 1 part Brush Cleaner or Synthetic Thinner can be thinned. Painting should be started from the flanges, the remaining areas should be painted quickly. Apply briefly and quickly for the best result. Spray: Suitable for large areas. All colors of Hammerite Hammered product contain silicone. Air Spray: Thin Hammerite by 15% with Hammerite Brush Cleaner and Thinner. Set the spray gun to 25/35 psi (approx. 2 Bar). Apply 3-4 thin coats, waiting one hour between coats. Thick 1 coat can be applied to achieve a glossy finish on the top coat
